Zarko's townhouse was absolutely wonderful. There was 9 of us including 3 children and the townhouse was spacious enough for everyone. Everything was like what the listing stated. The condo was well equipped from the kitchen, to the bathrooms and bedrooms. We all thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool, especially the grandkids. The outdoor spaces(Roof top and back patio/pool area )were great places to relax. It came with beach towels, beach chairs, life vests ,arm floats, cooler and beach toys for the kids. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The location in proximity to the beach, grocery store, Dollar Tree, and restaurants was perfect, walking distance to all. We also rented the golf cart for further away excursions. It worked perfectly for us to explore a little bit further out. We were 100% satisfied with our vacation in Zarko's townhouse and will definetly rent it again if we plan another vacation in this area.

Nice, clean place. The back yard was perfect for any downtime! Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Everything was clean. Having a good working washer and dryer was wonderful. Aleksandra was proactive after we checked in to see if there was anything else we needed. I like the location. I'd stay here again.

Great location! Public parking at the beach fills up quick in the morning, so having a 5 minute walk to the beach can not be overstated. The unit was as described and extremely clean upon entering including the pool. Owner was quick to respond to all our questions. We booked both units and comfortably fit 6 adults and a toddler on one side and 4 adults and 5 children on the other side. 100% worth the price point.

We flew down to St Pete’s for a work trip and myself and my colleagues loved our time here! The property is clean, modern & spacious, walking distance to everything and the fact that everyone got their own bathroom is something we’ve yet to come across anywhere else. Everything about our stay was easy. You’re so close to so many amazing things. So many little details were added to make us feel at home, we loved having a washing machine and dryer! We’d come back to stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks!

The house was in pristine condition when we arrived. Check-in was supposed to be 4, but we arrived to town just after lunch and Zarko had sent us the instructions to get into the house so we could get our infant down for a nap in the provided pack-and-play. Pictures matched the house exactly and fit our large group without feeling like we were on top of each other the entire week. A 3 minute walk to the beach was ideal with little ones. Would absolutely stay here again
